Our founder Sarah created SAVY in a time when the world was craving deep connection. She wanted a space where you could not only come for regular skin, brow and beauty treatments, but also a space that harmoniously met our desire for soul nurturing self care.
Our therapists take a whole body approach to skin health and know that true beauty comes from within. When you walk through our doors you know you will not only be met with highly skilled therapists but you will always be met by therapists who will always treat you with intention and care.

To ensure everyone has a positive experience when visiting us we have implemented salon standard to allow us to perform our treatments are the highest standard possible while ensuring you, and those before and after you get the most out of every visit
We are locatied in Shop 8, 2563 Gold Coast Highway Mermaid Beach QLD 4218. Parking can be found behind the salon.
All treatments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This fee ensures that we are exclusively holding allocated time in our schedule for you.
Any changes to your booking can be made outside of 48hrs and your fee will be held on credit for future appointments.
Any changes within this time will result in a 50% change or cancellation fee. Late arrivals and no-shows will result in the same cancellation fee.
By booking in with us you are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy.
We are located on the busy Gold Coast Highway, please take this into consideration when planning your trip.
We have limited FREE parking behind the salon as well as street parking on Sunbrite and Peerless Ave.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals can shorten your treatment time or regrettably could result in us being unable to treat you as we endeavour to stay on schedule for all client guests.
Please know that SAVY has been created as a calm space. Please place your phone on silent and ensure you keep noise to a minimum. Any phone calls should be taken prior to entering our space.
Due to the nature of our work it is not safe to leave children in the salon unsupervised. There are dangers including hot wax, steamers, sharps containers and electrical equipment. If you are bringing your child into the salon please ensure they are supervised at all times. Children should not be left in our reception area unattended, ensuring we are complying with local OH&S standards.

Sarah Paynter
Our founder Sarah is a diploma qualified beauty therapist who has had a vast and varied career in the aesthetics industry. She has worked in various skin and beauty roles including registered laser technician, brow and beauty therapist, beauty educator as well as skin therapist.
Sarah is passionate about elevating the industry standard. She believes in enhancing your natural beauty while embracing the process of aging. She wants to empower you to feel confident in your own skin while providing you with a combination of naturally restorative and clinically proven treatments

Our small team of beauty therapists all hold a minimum qualification of a diploma of beauty therapy. We are continually upskilling and educating to ensure we stay up to date in the ever evolving beauty industry. We are a team of Gold Coast locals who are truly passionate about what we do.
