Please READ ME prior to booking in your appointment:

BOOKINGS

A 50% fee is required at the time of making a booking. This holds your appointment time and will automatically be deducted from your treatment cost.

This fee non-refundable/ non- transferable.

CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 48hrs of your appointment time. We understand life happens and allow up to 2 appointments changes when necessary.

Failure to provide this notice or continued appointment changes/ cancellations will result in the loss of your 50% booking fee.

NO SHOWS

You are considered a no show if you fail to turn up to your appointment at the scheduled time. If you no show your appointment you waver your 50% fee and authorise us to charge the balance of your no show booking to your card on file. Any further bookings will require a new 50% fee, multiple no shows can result in the decline of us providing services to you.

Please contact us for any gift voucher / pre-paid bookings. These bookings hold the same policy.

In the unlikely event Savy Skin and Beauty reserve the right to move, modify or change any appointments made. We will notify you of any changes prior to you appointment time.

By booking an appointment at Savy Skin & Beauty you acknowledge that you understand and are agreeing to our booking, cancellation and no show policy as stated above

Failure to provide this notice or continued appointment changes/ cancellations will result in the loss of your 50% booking fee. If you have not paid your booking fee a 50% cancellation/admin fee will automatically be debited from your card.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in 100% fee which is automatically debited from your card. 50% deposit will also be required to rebook future appointments.

If you provide 48 hours notice your booking fee can be used towards scheduling future appointments but is non-refundable/ non- transferable.
