All treatments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This fee ensures that we are exclusively holding allocated time in our schedule for you.
Any changes to your booking can be made outside of 48hrs and your fee will be held on credit for future appointments.
Any changes within this time will result in a 50% change or cancellation fee. Late arrivals and no-shows will result in the same cancellation fee.

We are located on the busy Gold Coast Highway, please take this into consideration when planning your trip.
We have limited FREE parking behind the salon as well as street parking on Sunbrite and Peerless Ave.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals can shorten your treatment time or regrettably could result in us being unable to treat you as we endeavour to stay on schedule for all client guests.
Please know that SAVY has been created as a calm space. Please place your phone on silent and ensure you keep noise to a minimum. Any phone calls should be taken prior to entering our space.
Due to the nature of our work it is not safe to leave children in the salon unsupervised. There are dangers including hot wax, steamers, sharps containers and electrical equipment. If you are bringing your child into the salon please ensure they are supervised at all times. Children should not be left in our reception area unattended, ensuring we are complying with local OH&S standards.
